Educational Qualification

Mandatory Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work / Other Social Fields

Desirable Qualification:

• Post Graduate Degree (Preference)
• Experience in working on computer in English language

Essential Skills

• Good computer knowledge
• Ability to work in MS Office
• Computer typing skills

Mandatory Minimum Experience

• Minimum 03 years experience in Government / Semi-Government / Gender related works
• Minimum 03 years experience in women’s issues
• Experience certificate must include outgoing employee number, date, and registered office
• Voluntary service certificate will not be accepted

Age Limit (As on 01 February 2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years
• Maximum age including all relaxations: 50 Years

Age Relaxation

• Local residents of Chhattisgarh eligible for relaxation as per State Government instructions
• Maximum age including relaxation shall not exceed 50 years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on:

1.      Merit-based evaluation (Numerical System)

2.      Walk-in Interview

3.      Skill Test (if required)

Marks Distribution:

1.      Educational Qualification – Maximum 60 marks (based on percentage)

2.      Additional Experience – 02 marks per extra year (Maximum 18 marks)

3.      Chhattisgarh Local Resident – 02 bonus marks

4.      Interview/Skill Test – 20 marks (10 + 10)

Total Marks Considered: 100

• Merit list prepared on 1:10 basis (based on 80 marks)
• Final selection after interview/skill test
• In case of tie → Preference to senior in age
• Collector’s decision final and binding

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Lump Sum/Contractual Monthly Salary: ₹25,780/-
• Pay Matrix Level: Determined (Exact level not clearly specified)

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Appointment purely contractual (Initial 02 years).
• Extendable by 01 year each time based on performance and recommendation.
• Automatically terminated after tenure expiry if not extended.
• Appointment temporary and can be terminated with one month notice or salary in lieu.
• No TA/DA for interview/skill test.
• Employees governed by Chhattisgarh Civil Services Conduct Rules, 1965.
• Leave as per Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Appointment) Rules, 2012 (as amended).
• Married person with spouse living not eligible (unless Govt relaxes).
• Candidate married before legal marriage age not eligible.
• Incomplete/incorrect applications will be rejected without notice.
• No relaxation in educational qualification.
• Posts co-terminus with scheme.
• After scheme ends, department has no responsibility.
