Educational Qualification

• Engineering Graduation in relevant stream
• Minimum 60% aggregate marks for UR/OBC-NC
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PwBD
• Must have completed Engineering after 01-04-2023
• Qualification recognized by UGC/AICTE or equivalent authority

Age Limit (As on 10-03-2026)

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 25 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC-NC: 3 years
• PwBD (VH/HH/OH/MD): 10 years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Applications screened based on merit percentage
• Shortlisting in ratio of 1:5

• Final engagement subject to NATS contract acceptance and medical & police verification

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• ₹25,000 per month (HPCL)
• ₹4,500 per month (GOI under DBT scheme)
