Educational Qualification

• Legal Officer Grade ‘B’: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (minimum 50%, SC/ST/PwBD 45%)
• Manager (Technical-Civil) Grade ‘B’: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (minimum 60%, SC/ST 55%)
• Manager (Technical-Electrical) Grade ‘B’: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (minimum 60%, SC/ST 55%)
• Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) Grade ‘A’: Master’s Degree in Hindi/English/Sanskrit/Economics/Commerce with prescribed combinations and translation qualifications
• Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) Grade ‘A’: Ex-Serviceman Officer with required commissioned service

Age Limit (as on 01 February 2026)

• Legal Officer Grade ‘B’: 21 – 32 years
• Manager (Technical-Civil) Grade ‘B’: 21 – 35 years
• Manager (Technical-Electrical) Grade ‘B’: 21 – 35 years
• Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) Grade ‘A’: 21 – 30 years
• Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) Grade ‘A’: 25 – 40 years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD: Up to 10/13/15 years (as applicable)
• Ex-Servicemen & Staff Candidates: As per RBI rules
• No age relaxation for Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) Grade ‘A’

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Grade ‘A’ Officers

• Basic Pay: ₹62,500 per month
• Approx. Gross Salary: ₹1,26,540 per month (without HRA)

Grade ‘B’ Officers

• Basic Pay: ₹78,450 per month
• Approx. Gross Salary: ₹1,53,675 per month (without HRA)

Allowances include DA, HRA, Special Allowance, Grade Allowance, etc.
