Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Administrator

• Graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Home Science or related subject
• Computer knowledge (MS Office)

Warden

• Graduate in any discipline
• Computer knowledge preferred

Caretaker

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 pass
• Experience in shelter home / residential care preferred

Age Limit (with cut-off date)

• Minimum Age: 25 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Cut-off Date: 01 January 2025

Age Relaxation (Category-wise)

• Age relaxation applicable as per Chhattisgarh Government rules
• Maximum age limit after relaxation: 45 years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Merit-based selection
• Marks distribution:
• Educational qualification: 60 marks
• Experience: 02 marks per additional year (maximum 20 marks)
• Total merit: 80 marks
• Shortlisted candidates (1:10 ratio) will be called for:
• Interview / Skill Test (20 marks)
• Final selection based on combined merit
• Final approval by District Collector
