Educational Qualification

Gender Specialist

• Graduate degree in Social Work / Sociology or related field
• Computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Experience of working with women related issues

Financial Literacy & Coordination Specialist

• Graduate degree in Economics / Banking / Commerce or equivalent
• Computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Experience in financial literacy / financial inclusion related work

Age Limit (with cut-off date)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Cut-off Date: 01 January 2026

Age Relaxation (Category-wise)

• 5 years relaxation for local residents of Chhattisgarh
• Maximum age limit including relaxation shall not exceed 50 years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Merit-based evaluation
• Marks distribution:
• Educational Qualification: Weightage up to 60 marks
• Experience: 2 marks per additional year (maximum 18 marks)
• Local Resident of Chhattisgarh: 02 bonus marks
• Total merit prepared out of 80 marks
• Candidates shortlisted in 1:10 ratio will be called for:
• Computer / Skill Test (20 marks)
• Final merit list prepared based on combined score
• In case of tie, seniority by age will be preferred

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Appointment is purely contractual.
• Initial contract period: 01 year, extendable annually up to 02 years.
• Contract may be terminated by either side with one month notice or salary in lieu.
• No TA/DA will be paid for selection process.
• Applications received after the last date will be rejected.
• Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected without notice.
• Final decision will rest with the District Collector.
