Educational Qualification

For Individual Applicants:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Child Development
  OR
• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years experience in child education, child development, or child protection

For Voluntary Organizations:

• Organization must be working in the field of child rights or child protection for at least 3 years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

1.      Applications will be scrutinized by the District Child Protection Officer

2.      Eligible candidates will be called for Personal Interview

3.      Selection Committee will recommend names as per Model Guidelines Clause 3.2.3 (iii)

4.      Final empanelment will be done after approval of the District Collector

5.      Police Verification is mandatory before empanelment

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Honorarium payable on proportionate basis as per Minimum Wages Act, 1948
• Travel allowance payable on actual basis
• Amount applicable as per rate fixed for skilled labour
• Monthly allowance details mentioned as per Model Guidelines
