Educational Qualification

Essential Skills

• Good communication skills.

Experience

• Not mandatory, but experienced candidates will be given preference.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Emergency Helpline services.

Age Limit (with Cut-off Date)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Cut-off Date: 01 January 2025

Age Relaxation

• As per instructions issued by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
• Maximum age including all relaxations: 45 years.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• ₹16,000/- per month (Fixed lump-sum salary)

• Candidates having a living spouse while marrying again are not eligible, unless relaxed by the Government.

• Contract appointment is purely temporary.
• Contract can be terminated by either party with one month notice or salary.
• No TA/DA will be paid for interview or skill test.
• Decision of the Appointing Authority will be final in all matters.
