Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or its equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience in planning, execution, and management of infrastructure projects
• Experience must include highway/road/expressway projects in CPSEs/PSUs or Central/State Government or autonomous bodies such as NHAI, NHIDCL, MoRTH agencies
• Out of total experience, minimum 08 years must be in execution of NH/SH/Expressway/Access-Controlled Highway projects under EPC / HAM / BOT (Annuity & Toll) contracts

Age Limit (with Cut-off Date)

• Maximum Age: Not above 57 years
• Cut-off Date: Closing date of vacancy notice

Minimum Eligibility for Serving Officials

Serving officials (including those on deputation) holding substantively:

• Posts in analogous grade (Level-15 CDA / E-9 IDA), OR
• Posts in Level-14 CDA with at least 25 years of Group ‘A’ service, OR
• Posts in IDA E-8 (₹1,20,000–2,80,000) with at least 4 years of service in that grade

Physical & Medical Fitness

• Applicant must be physically and medically fit
• Selected candidates must undergo medical examination as per RVNL policy

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and experience
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview

• Pay Scale: IDA E-9 (₹1,50,000 – ₹3,00,000)
