• Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Social Work / Sociology / Social Science / Psychology
• Minimum 3 years experience in women-related domains
• Local resident preferred

Multipurpose Worker / Cook

• Literate candidate with relevant experience
• High School pass preferred

Security Guard / Night Guard

• Passed 8th class from recognized board
• Minimum 2 years experience as security personnel
• Retired military/paramilitary preferred

Age Limit (Cut-off Date: 01 January 2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Maximum age including relaxation: 45 Years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

1.      Merit-based shortlisting

2.      Walk-in Interview / Skill Test (20 Marks)

3.      Merit Calculation:

o    Educational Qualification: 60 Marks

o    Additional Experience: Up to 10 Marks

o    Sakhi/Helpline Experience Bonus: Up to 10 Marks

4.      Final Merit Out of 100 Marks

5.      Preference to older candidate in case of tie

6.      Appointment by District Collector
