Educational Qualification

The following qualifications and experience are required for each position.

1. Group Head – Assistant Vice President II

• Minimum Age: 35 Years
• Maximum Age: 50 Years
• Mandatory Qualification:
• Graduation in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India/Government Bodies/AICTE.
• Preferred Qualification:
• 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.
• MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking).
• CFP, CFA or equivalent qualifications.
• Certifications:
• NISM V A
• NISM V D
• IRDA IC38
• NISM XIII
• NISM Series-XXI-A
• Work Experience:
• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management/Investment Advisory/Portfolio Management.
• Experience with Public Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking Firms, Security Firms, Asset Management Companies or Financial Services Sector.
• Out of the above, minimum 5 years as Team Lead for Relationship Managers.

2. Head Investment – Assistant Vice President II

• Minimum Age: 35 Years
• Maximum Age: 50 Years
• Mandatory Qualification:
• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Any of the following certifications:
• NISM V A
• NISM V D
• NISM XIII
• NISM Series-XXI-A

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in direct investment-related roles in Wealth Management/Investment Advisory/Portfolio Management.
• Experience in Public Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking Firms, Security Firms, Asset Management Companies or Financial Services Sector.
• Out of the above, minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role handling:
• Mutual Funds
• SIF
• AIF
• PMS
• Research and Advisory
• Regulatory/SEBI Compliance
• Business Development

3. Territory Head – Assistant Vice President I

• Minimum Age: 28 Years
• Maximum Age: 42 Years
• Mandatory Qualification:
• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Preferred Qualification:
• 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.
• MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking).

4. Investment Product Manager – Assistant Vice President I

• Minimum Age: 26 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years
• Mandatory Qualification:
• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Any of the following certifications:
• NISM V A
• NISM V D
• NISM XIII
• NISM Series-XXI-A
• Preferred Qualification:
• 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.
• MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking).
• CFP, CFA or equivalent qualifications.
• IRDA IC38 certification.
• Work Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management/Investment Advisory/Portfolio Management.
• Experience with Public Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking Firms, Security Firms, Asset Management Companies or Financial Services Sector.
• Out of the above, minimum 3 years as an Investment Counsellor in Wealth Management.

5. Senior Relationship Manager – Deputy Manager

• Minimum Age: 24 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Mandatory Qualification:
• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
• NISM V A/NISM V D and/or IRDA IC38 certifications.
• Preferred Qualification:
• 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.
• MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking).
• CFP, CFA or equivalent qualifications.
• NISM XIII and NISM Series-XXI-A certifications.
• Work Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management/Investment Advisory/Portfolio Management.
• Experience with Public Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking Firms, Security Firms, Asset Management Companies or Financial Services Sector.

Important: Educational qualifications must be from a college/institution/university recognized by the Government of India, Government Bodies or AICTE. Experience of less than six months in any organization as on 01 November 2026 will not be considered. Clerical cadre experience and Teaching/Training experience will not be considered for eligibility.

Ex-Servicemen eligibility conditions:

Applicable to Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officers, including ECOs/SSCOs, who have rendered at least 5 years of military service and meet the release conditions mentioned in the notification.

Age relaxation will apply only to posts where reservation roster points are available.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

The selection process may consist of the following stages:

Nature of Employment / Contract Period

• Employment Type: Officer on Contractual Basis.
• Initial Contract Period: 5 Years.
• Contract may be renewed or extended for a maximum additional period of 5 years.
• Renewal will depend on satisfactory performance and the Bank's discretion.
• Engagement will automatically end on the expiry date unless renewed or extended.
• Engagement will remain valid until the maximum age of 60 years or the end of the contract term, whichever is earlier.
• Selected candidates must sign an employment contract.
