Educational Qualification

A. Computer Programmer

Vacancy: 01

Monthly Fixed Contractual Pay: ₹51,780

First-class qualification in any of the following as specified in the notification:

• B.E. Computer Science
• MCA
• M.Sc. Computer Science
• B.E. (IT)

Knowledge of .NET/Data Technology, Java, MS SQL and Oracle is given preference.

Merit / Marks

• Educational qualification percentage: 70 marks
• Computer practical examination: 15 marks
• Knowledge of .NET/Data Technology/Java/MS SQL/Oracle: 5 marks
• Experience in government rural-development schemes at least at an equivalent pay scale:
• Minimum 2 years' experience: 5 marks
• More than 2 years' experience: 10 marks

B. Programme Officer

Monthly Fixed Contractual Pay: ₹39,875

First-class:

• MBA

D. Accountant

Age Limit

Age relaxation is applicable to eligible SC, ST, OBC, Ex-servicemen and women candidates, as per Chhattisgarh Government rules/instructions issued from time to time.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

12. Send the completed application by Registered Post/Speed Post.

13. The application must reach the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Balod, Chhattisgarh within the prescribed deadline.

14. Direct/in-person submission of the application is not accepted.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

Reservation

Reservation for persons with disabilities, women and ex-servicemen will be provided in the advertised vacancies according to Chhattisgarh Government rules.

Contract Period

The appointment will normally be for one year on contract.

After that, extension may be considered based on:

• Work performance
• Work capacity
• Behaviour
• Departmental requirement
• Suitability of the contractual employee

On expiry of the contractual period, the appointment will automatically come to an end.

Termination

Either party can terminate the contract by giving one month's prior notice or payment of one month's salary in lieu of notice.

No Pension/Retirement Benefits

After termination/expiry of service, the contractual employee will not be entitled to pension, gratuity or death benefits for the contractual service period.

Government Employees

Applicants working in Government/Semi-Government institutions must submit their application through the proper channel along with an NOC.

Previous Irregularity

Candidates who were previously removed from a post under Mahatma Gandhi NREGA because of irregularities, or whose contractual service was not extended for such reasons, are not eligible.

Providing incorrect information can result in cancellation of candidature.

Number of Posts

The number of posts may be increased or decreased as required.

Disability Certificate

Eligible disabled candidates must submit a certificate issued by the Medical Board.

Chhattisgarh Domicile

The applicant must be a native/permanent resident of Chhattisgarh and must attach the certificate issued by the competent authority.

Caste Certificate

SC/ST/OBC applicants must attach a self-attested copy of the caste certificate issued by the authorized Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue).

Employment Exchange

The applicant must have live registration with the Employment Exchange and attach a self-attested copy.

Marriage/Children Conditions

• A person who married before the prescribed minimum marriage age is not eligible.
• A candidate having more than two children, where one child was born on or after 26 January 2001, is not eligible.
