Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field of Yoga Education.

The application form asks candidates to provide details of:

1.      Class 10th

2.      Class 12th

Age Limit

As on 01 January 2026:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026. A Class 10th marksheet must be attached as proof of age.

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation in the maximum age limit will be available as per Government rules.

A certificate issued by the competent authority is mandatory for claiming age relaxation.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be made on the basis of merit. The merit will be calculated on the basis of educational qualification marks and experience, with a total of 100 marks.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the relevant field.

Other Selection Rules

• The selection process will be conducted at the school level.
• The final decision regarding selection will remain with the District Selection Committee.
• Selection will be based on merit.
• If a selected candidate does not join the post, selection may be made from the waiting list on the basis of merit.
• Incomplete or defective applications will not be accepted.
• Service may be terminated if the candidate is found guilty during police verification.
• The candidate must have a valid/live registration with the Employment Office.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Consolidated Honorarium: ₹10,000 per month

The engagement is temporary for the academic session 2026-27 and is stated to continue up to 31 March 2027.

Step 1

Obtain/download the prescribed application form. The application form is provided on Pages 4 and 5 of the PDF.

Step 2

Fill in the following details:

• Name of applicant
• Father's/Husband's name
• Date of birth
• Age as on 01.01.2026
• Employment Office name and live registration number/date
• Caste
• Gender
• Marital status
• Date of marriage and number of living children, if applicable
• Complete correspondence address
• Complete permanent address
• Mobile number
• Educational qualification
• Work experience
• Other qualifications.

Step 3

Attach self-attested copies of all educational and other required certificates.

Step 4

Attach two envelopes, each bearing a ₹10 postage stamp, with the current address clearly written on them.

Step 5

The application may be submitted personally at the concerned school during office hours.

Step 6

Submit the application at:

Step 7

The application must reach the office by 31 August 2026 up to 4:00 PM. Applications received after the prescribed date and time will not be considered.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      The appointment will be temporary only for the academic session 2026-27, up to 31 March 2027.

2.      The service will automatically end after the prescribed period.

3.      The candidate will have no right to claim regular appointment.

4.      The applicant must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh.

5.      Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the relevant field.

6.      The candidate will not be eligible to file a court petition for enhancement of honorarium or regularization.

7.      The Collector and Ex-Officio District Mission Director have the authority to withdraw the advertisement/cancel the selection process and separate the selected candidate from service if the work is not satisfactory or in case of any dispute.

8.      In such circumstances, any application/appeal will not be entertained.

9.      In case of a dispute, the final decision will rest with the Collector and Ex-Officio District Mission Director.

10. Self-attested copies of all certificates must be attached with the application.

11. Original certificates must be produced during document verification.

12. Only educational qualifications acquired before the advertisement date will be considered valid.

13. Service may be terminated if the candidate is found guilty during police verification.

14. Live registration with the Employment Office is mandatory.

15. The selection process will be conducted at the school level.

16. The final decision regarding selection will remain with the District Selection Committee.

17. Incomplete and defective applications will not be accepted.

18. No separate information will be provided regarding invalid/rejected applications.

19. The list of eligible and ineligible candidates will be made available on the notice board of the concerned institution and the official Bastar district website.

20. Selection will be made on the basis of merit.

21. If a selected candidate does not join, selection may be made from the waiting list on the basis of merit.

22. Applications received after the prescribed date and time will not be considered.
