Educational Qualification

How to Apply – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Profile Registration

Candidates are required to complete Profile Registration on the portal.

Once profile registration has been completed, candidates will not have to repeatedly enter the same information for every examination application.

Claims / Objections on Answer Key

How to Submit Objection

Candidates must:

1.      Log in using their registration number (Profile ID) and date of birth.

2.      Submit the claim/objection as instructed.

3.      Pay ₹50 per question through the online system.

4.      Objection without payment of the prescribed fee will not be considered.

5.      Objections sent through post/e-mail to CGSSB will not be accepted.

Important Conditions

• A separate claim/objection must be submitted for each question.
• Submitting objections for more than one question together will result in rejection of the objection.
• Candidates should download and keep a copy of the supporting material/evidence submitted with their objection.

Final Answer Key

• Claims/objections will be examined by subject experts.
• The decision taken by the experts regarding the objection will be final.
• The final answer key will be prepared accordingly.

Cancellation of Incorrect Questions

A question may be deleted/cancelled in the following circumstances:

1.      The question itself is incorrectly structured.

2.      None of the options is correct.

3.      There is a difference between the Hindi and English versions of the question resulting in different meanings, making only one option incorrect.

4.      There is a printing error due to which the correct answer cannot be obtained.

For a deleted question, all candidates will receive the marks allotted to that question as bonus marks.

If more than one option is found to be correct for a question, all correct options will be treated as valid according to the decision of the subject experts.
