Educational Qualification

Candidate must possess:

• Graduation from a recognized University/Institution.
• Professional Degree in Physical Education.
• Must possess any one of the following qualifications:
• B.P.Ed. (Bachelor of Physical Education)
• D.P.Ed. (Diploma in Physical Education)
• C.P.Ed. (Certificate in Physical Education)
• B.P.E.S. (Bachelor of Physical Education & Sports)

Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who:

• Represented National/State level competitions.
• Have minimum 1–2 years coaching experience in a recognized institution.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years
• Age Calculation Date: 01 January 2026

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be conducted through:

1.      Scrutiny of Applications.

2.      Practical Test.

3.      Interview.

Distribution of Marks

Medal Marks

National Level:

• Gold Medal – 5 Marks
• Silver Medal – 3 Marks
• Bronze Medal – 2 Marks

State Level:

• Gold Medal – 5 Marks
• Silver Medal – 3 Marks
• Bronze Medal – 2 Marks

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Selected coaches will be paid:

• Daily wage as fixed by the Collector, or
• Monthly honorarium as fixed by the Department.

2.      Fill all personal details.

3.      Select the sports discipline:

o    Archery

o    Athletics

4.      Attach self-attested copies of all required documents.

5.      Affix a self-attested passport-size photograph.

6.      Submit the application to:

before 20 August 2026, 5:00 PM.

Documents Required

Attach self-attested photocopies of:

1.      Class 10 Marksheet.

2.      Class 12 Marksheet.

3.      Graduation Certificate/Marksheet.

4.      B.P.Ed./D.P.Ed./C.P.Ed./B.P.E.S. Certificate.

5.      Sports Diploma/Qualification Certificate (if applicable).

6.      Sports Representation Certificates.

7.      Residence Certificate.

8.      Caste Certificate (issued by competent authority).

9.      Experience Certificate (if available).

10. Passport-size self-attested photograph.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Appointment is purely temporary.
• Appointment is valid only for one financial year.
• Candidate cannot claim regularization or absorption into Government service.
• Services may be terminated without prior notice if work is unsatisfactory.
• Separate information regarding Practical Test and Interview will be issued later.
• All information furnished by the applicant must be true.
• If any information is found false, candidature/appointment shall be cancelled immediately.
