Educational Qualification

Primary Stage (Class 1–5)

Candidate must possess either:

• D.Ed. in Special Education from an RCI-approved institute with valid RCI CRR Number.

OR

• D.El.Ed. with recognized qualification (Certificate/Diploma) from an RCI-approved institute equivalent to D.Ed. in Special Education along with valid RCI CRR Number.

Additionally:

• Six months training in teaching in cross-disability area in Inclusive Education.

Middle Stage (Class 6–8) / Secondary Stage (Class 9–12)

Candidate must possess either:

• B.Ed. in Special Education from an RCI-approved institute with valid RCI CRR Number.

OR

• B.Ed. with recognized qualification (Certificate/Diploma) from an RCI-approved institute equivalent to B.Ed. in Special Education and valid RCI CRR Number.

Additionally:

• Six months training in teaching in cross-disability area in Inclusive Education.

Age Limit

Age will be calculated as on 01.07.2026 according to applicable Government rules. Exact minimum and maximum age are Not Mentioned in PDF.

Age Relaxation

Reservation and age relaxation shall be applicable as per prevailing Government Rules.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection shall be based on:

• 80% weightage of marks obtained in the prescribed minimum educational qualification.
• Experience marks:
• 1 Year – 5 Marks
• 2 Years – 10 Marks
• 3 Years – 15 Marks
• 4 Years or Above – 20 Marks
• In case of equal merit, Date of Birth will be considered for deciding merit.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Fixed Monthly Honorarium: ₹20,000 per month
• No additional allowances or benefits will be admissible.

3.      Paste a passport-size self-attested colour photograph.

4.      Attach self-attested copies of all required certificates.

5.      Place the application in an envelope and clearly mention the applied post.

District Project Office, Samagra Shiksha, Collector Campus Room No. 68, District Balod (Chhattisgarh).

7.      Ensure the application reaches before 10 August 2026, 5:00 PM.

8.      Applications received after the last date will not be considered.

• Appointment is purely temporary.
• Initial appointment is for 10 months only.
• Extension depends on Government approval and availability of funds.
• No claim for regularization or honorarium enhancement shall be entertained.
• Selected candidates must execute an agreement/contract.
• Violation of contract may result in termination without prior notice.
• Reservation and age relaxation will be applicable as per Government rules.
• Candidate must join duty within the prescribed time after selection.
• District office will not be responsible for postal delay.
• Applications received after the last date/time will not be accepted.
• Collector-cum-District Mission Director reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process.
• Fixed honorarium is ₹20,000 per month only; no additional allowances are payable.
