Educational Qualification

For Primary School (Class 1–5)

• RCI-recognized qualification in Special Education.
• D.Ed. in Special Education.
• Valid RCI Registration Number is mandatory.

For Higher Secondary School

• RCI-recognized qualification in Special Education.
• B.Ed. in Special Education.
• Valid RCI Registration Number is mandatory.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

Cut-off Date: 01 July 2026

Age Relaxation

• Age relaxation will be applicable as per the General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh rules.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on Merit.

Merit preparation:

• 25% weightage – Class 10 marks
• 25% weightage – Class 12 marks
• 50% weightage – D.Ed./B.Ed. (Special Education) marks

Additional Conditions:

• Merit list will be prepared.
• Waiting list up to 10 candidates may be maintained.
• Original documents will be verified before appointment.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Fixed Honorarium:
  ₹20,000 per month (Maximum)
• No regular government pay scale will be applicable.

• Only Chhattisgarh domicile candidates are eligible.
• Original certificates must be produced during verification.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.

• Collector & District Mission Director reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process.
• Selected Special Educators must work regularly with Children with Special Needs (CWSN).
• Candidates must follow instructions issued by higher authorities.
• The decision of the Collector & District Mission Director, Samagra Shiksha Bilaspur shall be final in case of disputes.
