Graduate/Diploma candidates must have minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD reserved candidates). Distance/Part-time qualifications are not eligible. Higher qualifications like BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/CA etc. are not eligible.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• No Written Examination.
• Merit list based on percentage of marks in the prescribed qualification.
• Preference to candidates applying for apprenticeship for the first time.
• In case of tie, older candidate (Date of Birth) will be preferred.
• If DOB is same, higher Matriculation marks will decide merit.
• Document Verification.
• Pre-Engagement Medical Examination.
• Final Offer of Engagement.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended), and Corporation guidelines.

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

1.      Visit www.iocl.com.

2.      Register on NAPS or NATS portal according to the post code.

3.      Apply for the apprenticeship opportunity on the respective portal.

4.      Visit the IOCL website and open the advertisement.

5.      Submit the required Microsoft Form.

6.      Complete both Step-I (NAPS/NATS) and Step-II (Microsoft Form).

7.      Submit only one Microsoft Form.

8.      Keep the same email ID and mobile number active.

9.      Submit the application before the last date.
