Educational Qualification

Essential Qualification

Candidate should possess either:

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation with at least 1 year of industry/research experience, OR
• M.Tech / ME / MS in Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation or related areas.

Additionally, the candidate should satisfy any one of the following:

• GATE Qualified
• Qualified in National-Level Examination conducted by Central Government Departments/Agencies/Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
• 2 years of professional experience.

Desirable Qualification

• Leadership and project management ability
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Oral presentation skills
• Report writing and project correspondence
• Strong academic background
• Coordination with institute stakeholders
• Relevant project experience preferred
• Expertise in circuit simulation using MATLAB, PLECS/PSIM
• Experience in digital control and digital communication, especially Battery Management System
• Electromagnetic simulation using ANSYS/COMSOL
• Leadership experience in organizing workshops/seminars
• Technical writing and research publications.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 28 Years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Applications will be shortlisted.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an Online/Offline Interview depending on the situation.
• Selection Committee's decision will be final.
• If many candidates apply, the committee may further shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Salary: ₹37,000/- per month
• Additional Benefit: Applicable HRA

Appointment Duration

• Initial appointment: 6 Months
• Extendable based on performance and availability of project funds.
• Total Project Duration: 3 Years.
