Educational Qualification

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Degree from a recognized university in any of the following disciplines:

• Agriculture
• Agricultural Marketing
• Horticulture
• Agribusiness Management
• Forestry
• Pharmacy
• B.Sc.
• M.Sc.
• Rural Development

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
• Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)
• Agricultural production
• Forest produce management
• Local product management and marketing
• Rural enterprise activities

Additional Qualifications

1.      Knowledge of Hindi, English, and local language.

2.      Proficiency in Computer and MS Office operations.

3.      Experience in report writing and data management.

4.      Own two-wheeler vehicle for field visits.

5.      Must be a domicile of Chhattisgarh State.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years
• Age shall be calculated as on 01 January 2026.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

1.      Applications will be scrutinized on the basis of merit.

2.      Top 10 eligible candidates will be shortlisted.

3.      Shortlisted candidates will be called for:

o    Written Test

o    Skill Test

o    Interview

4.      Final merit list will be prepared.

5.      Decision of the Selection Committee shall be final and binding.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Monthly Remuneration

• ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
• Salary will be decided based on:
• Recommendation of the Board of Directors (BOD)
• Approval of the District Mission Management Unit
• Maximum remuneration payable: ₹25,000 per month

Performance Incentive

• Based on annual net profit of the company.
• Up to 5% incentive amount may be paid.
• Subject to recommendation of the Board of Directors and approval of the District Mission Management Unit.

Service Conditions

1.      Appointment will be purely contractual.

2.      Services may be terminated for unsatisfactory performance.

3.      Complaints or disciplinary matters will be examined by a committee.

4.      One-month prior notice may be issued before termination.

5.      The post is temporary and contract-based.
