Educational Qualification

Candidate must possess:

Veterinary Polytechnic (D.A.H. – Diploma in Animal Husbandry) from Dau Vasudev Chandrakar Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya, Durg.

Selection will be based on a merit list prepared from educational qualifications and experience.

Marks Distribution

Experience Marks:

Only experience on equivalent posts in Government/Government-funded Mobile Veterinary Units operated by the Government of Chhattisgarh will be considered valid.

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

1.      Download or obtain the prescribed application form.

2.      Fill all required personal, educational and category details.

3.      Attach self-attested copies of all required certificates.

4.      Attach experience certificate (if applicable).

5.      Attach the prescribed affidavit on ₹50 non-judicial stamp paper.

6.      Submit the application:

o    Personally at the office, or

o    Through Registered Post.

7.      Ensure the application reaches the office before 25 June 2026, 4:00 PM.

Documents Required

Applicants must attach self-attested copies of the following documents:

1.      Class 10th marksheet.

2.      Class 12th marksheet.

3.      Educational qualification marksheets (all semesters/years).

4.      Freedom Fighter / Ex-Serviceman certificate (if applicable).

5.      Relevant council registration certificate.

6.      Caste certificate.

7.      Disability certificate (if applicable).

8.      Domicile certificate.

9.      Other relevant certificates.

10. Prescribed affidavit for one-year service period.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      Contract appointment will be for 12 months or up to March 2027, whichever is earlier.

2.      Services shall automatically terminate on completion of the contract period.

3.      Contract may be extended based on DMF approval and administrative requirement.

4.      No claim for regular appointment shall be entertained.

5.      Only fixed remuneration will be paid; no additional allowances or benefits.

6.      GPF/CPS deductions will not be applicable.

7.      Mere application does not guarantee selection.

8.      Original documents will be verified at the time of appointment.

9.      Applicant must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh; preference will be given to residents of Korba district.

10. If sufficient local candidates are unavailable, candidates from other districts may be considered.

11. Number of vacancies may increase or decrease due to administrative reasons.

12. Selection decision of the competent authority will be final.

13. Appointment can be cancelled if submitted information is found incorrect.

14. Performance review will be conducted periodically.

15. One month's notice or one month's salary in lieu thereof may be required for termination/resignation.

16. No leave entitlement beyond admissible rules.

17. Medical fitness certificate must be submitted before joining.

18. Affidavit regarding acceptance of contractual conditions is mandatory.

19. Chhattisgarh Contract Recruitment Rules, 2012 shall apply.
