Educational Qualification

• Candidate must have passed 8th Class from a recognized board.
• Minimum 2 years experience as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at district/state level.
• Preference will be given to retired military/paramilitary personnel.

Gender Eligibility

• Only female candidates are eligible to apply.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Age calculation date: 01 January 2026
• Maximum age after all relaxations: 45 Years

Age Relaxation

• Age relaxation will be provided as per Chhattisgarh Government rules.
• Maximum age after relaxation shall not exceed 45 years.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be conducted through:

1.      Merit preparation based on marks/experience.

2.      Walk-in Interview / Skill Test.

3.      Document Verification.

4.      Medical Fitness Certificate submission after selection.

5.      Police Verification mandatory before appointment.

Marking Scheme

Educational Qualification Weightage

• Up to 60 Marks based on minimum educational qualification percentage.

Experience Marks

• 02 marks for each additional year of experience after minimum experience.
• Maximum 10 marks.

Experience in Women Helpline / Sakhi Center

• 02 marks per year.
• Maximum 10 marks.

Walk-in Interview / Skill Test

• 20 Marks.

Merit List

• Final merit list prepared out of 80 marks before interview and total selection process accordingly.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Fixed Monthly Remuneration: ₹11,360/-
• Pay Matrix Level: Level-1
• No additional allowances or benefits will be payable.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      Candidate must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh.

2.      Age will be verified through birth certificate or 8th/10th marksheet.

3.      Original documents must be produced during verification.

4.      Divorced women must submit valid divorce certificate.

5.      Widowed women with living spouse are not eligible unless exempted by government rules.

6.      Incomplete or unsigned applications will be rejected.

7.      Separate application required for each post.

8.      Envelope must clearly mention post name and category.

9.      No TA/DA will be paid for interview/test.

10. Appointment will be purely contractual/outsource basis.

11. Initial appointment period will be maximum 2 years.

12. Contract may be extended yearly based on satisfactory performance.

13. Services may be terminated with one month notice or salary in lieu of notice.

14. Appointment will remain valid only during operation period of the scheme.
