Required Experience

Manager

• Minimum 03 years’ experience in government/semi-government/non-government institutions related to women.

Care Taker

• Minimum 02 years’ work experience as Building Caretaker or Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor or equivalent.

Security Guard / Watchman

• Minimum 02 years’ experience in security work at State/District level.
• Preference will be given to retired army/defense service female candidates.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be done on the basis of:

1.      Merit prepared from educational qualification marks and experience marks.

2.      Skill Test / Oral Interview.

Experience Marks

• After minimum required experience, 02 marks for each additional year.
• Maximum 20 marks.

Important Selection Conditions

• Only female candidates are eligible.
• Candidates will not receive TA/DA for skill test/interview.
• In case of equal marks, seniority by age will be considered.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      All employees in Sakhi Niwas will be women only.

2.      Candidate must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh.

3.      Married candidates who married before legal marriage age are not eligible.

4.      Candidates married to a person having a living spouse are not eligible unless exempted by government.

5.      Separate application form is required for each post.

6.      Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.

7.      Contract/service provider appointment initially for maximum 02 years.

8.      Appointment may be terminated by one month notice or one month salary.

9.      No additional allowances other than fixed remuneration.

10. Posts are temporary and dependent on scheme duration.
