• GNM Nursing / Health Worker qualification.
• Live Registration in Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
• Candidate must have passed Female Health Worker course from recognized institution.

Additional Eligibility

• Candidate must be local resident of Dantewada district.
• Registration in district employment office is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates from affected villages/families due to Bodhghat Project.
• Government/Semi-Government employees must attach No Objection Certificate from employer.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Selection will be done through walk-in interview and merit basis.
• Merit list will be prepared on educational qualification and experience marks.
• Educational Qualification Weightage: 90%
• Experience Weightage: 10%
• Experience marks: 2 marks per completed year, maximum 10 marks for 5 years.
• Only Government/Semi-Government institution experience will be valid.
• Final decision of selection committee will be binding.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Monthly Salary / Honorarium: ₹13,090/-
• Nature of Appointment: Contractual / Collector Rate Basis
