The 22nd edition of CTET will be conducted on 06 September 2026 for Paper-I and Paper-II. Online applications will begin from 11 May 2026 and continue till 10 June 2026. The examination will be conducted in 27 languages across 132 cities in India. Candidates can apply online through the official CTET and CBSE websites. Educational Qualification

Minimum Marks Required

  • A person scoring 60% or more in the TET exam will be considered CTET pass.

Age Relaxation

  • Relaxation up to 5% in qualifying marks in minimum educational qualification is allowed for:
    • SC
    • ST
    • OBC
    • Differently-Abled Candidates

Subject Requirements

Paper-I

For candidates intending to teach Classes I to V.

Paper-II

For candidates intending to teach Classes VI to VIII.
