Educational Qualification

Candidate must have any of the following:

1.      10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass from a recognized board
OR

2.      Old Higher Secondary exam passed with first year of graduation from a recognized university.

Technical Qualification

Candidate must have:

1-year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator / Programming from a recognized institute

AND

Hindi typing speed of 5000 key depressions per hour (skill test will be conducted)

AND

Certificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 key depressions per hour issued by recognized board/institution or Chhattisgarh Shorthand & Typewriting Examination Council.

Accepted Computer Qualifications

The following computer certificates/diplomas are valid:

ITI Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) – 1 year

• Diploma (minimum 2 years) in:
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Modern Office Management
• PG Diploma / Degree in:
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Computer Application
  From recognized universities such as IGNOU or Bhoj University.

Age Limit

Age calculated as on 01 January 2026

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years (for local residents of Chhattisgarh)

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Application Scrutiny

Applications will be examined and candidates will be shortlisted based on academic marks.

2. Shortlisting

A provisional list of candidates (10 times the number of vacancies) will be prepared for document verification.

3. Document Verification

Documents of shortlisted candidates will be verified.

4. Computer Skill Test

Eligible candidates will appear for computer proficiency/skill test.

Marks Distribution

• Minimum 10 marks required in skill test.
• Candidates scoring less than 10 marks will be disqualified.
• In case of tie:

1.      Candidate with higher skill test marks gets preference.

2.      If still tied, older candidate (earlier birth date) gets preference.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Pay Scale: ₹5200 – ₹20200
Grade Pay: ₹1900
Pay Matrix Level: Level-04

2.      Fill all required details correctly.

3.      Attach self-attested copies of required documents.

4.      Paste a recent passport-size photograph in the application form.
