Educational Qualification

Minimum 65% aggregate marks for UR/OBC (NCL)/EWS.
Minimum 60% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PwD (5% relaxation).
Qualifications must be recognized by AICTE / appropriate Indian Authority.

Discipline-wise qualification:

• Engineering: Full-time BE/B.Tech in specified streams.
• Pharma: Full-time B.Pharm.
• Marketing: MBA (Marketing/Digital Marketing)/PGDBM/MIB/MPIB.
• HR: MBA (HR)/MSW (PM&IR)/PGDPM/MA (PM&IR)/MHRM. LLB desirable.
• Social Work: MSW (Medical & Psychiatry).
• Data Analytics: BE/B.Tech/BSc (Maths/Statistics) + MBA (Data Analytics).
• Hospital Management: UG in Science + MBA (Hospital Management).

Age Limit

Upper Age Limit: 27 years as on 01.02.2026

Age Relaxation

Relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwD as per Government of India rules.

SELECTION PROCESS

Selection includes:

1.      Computer Based Test (CBT)

2.      Preliminary Interview

3.      Psychometric Assessment

4.      Document Verification

5.      Final Interview

Phase I – CBT

• Duration: 90 minutes
• 100 Questions
• Part I: 50 marks (30 min)
• Part II: 50 marks (60 min)

Minimum Qualifying Marks (CBT):

• General/EWS: 50%
• OBC (NCL): 40%
• SC/ST/PwD: 35%

Phase II – Interview Stages

Preliminary Interview:

• General: 50%
• OBC (NCL): 40%
• SC/ST/PwD: 35%

Psychometric Evaluation (1:3 ratio)

Final Interview:

• General: 50%
• OBC (NCL): 40%
• SC/ST/PwD: 35%

Final merit list prepared category-wise.

PAY SCALE / SALARY DETAILS

During Training:
Basic Pay ₹40,000/- per month + DA (E1 Level – Deputy Manager)

After successful completion of 1 year training:
Regularization in Deputy Manager (E1 Grade)
Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000

SERVICE BOND

Minimum service period: 60 months
Bond Amount: ₹3,00,000/-

TRAVEL ALLOWANCE

No TA for CBT.
Third AC rail fare reimbursed for Document Verification & Final Interview (as per rules).
