ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Category 1 – Project Leader / Team Leader

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience

• 25 years total professional experience in Civil Construction Work.
• Minimum 10 years in construction supervision of major infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 3 years as Team Leader/Resident Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent in Railways/Metro/Flyover/Viaduct projects.

Age Limit

Not exceeding 63 years.

Payment

₹3,00,000 per month.

Tenure

01 Year.

Category 2 – SHE Expert

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Engineering / M.A. / M.Sc. in Safety
OR
Master in Environment with Diploma in Safety.

Experience

• 10 years total professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years as SHE Engineer in major construction project.

Age Limit

Not exceeding 63 years.

Payment

₹85,000 per month.

Tenure

01 Year.

Important Note on Experience

Training/Internship/Teaching/Academic/Fellowship/PhD research experience will not be counted.

PAY SCALE / SALARY DETAILS

Project Leader : ₹3,00,000 per month
SHE Expert : ₹85,000 per month

Payment released within one week after month completion based on attendance.

No statutory benefits (PF/ESI/Gratuity etc.).

• Leave: 1.5 days per completed month.
• One-month notice period for resignation/termination.
• RITES reserves right to modify/cancel process.
• False information leads to cancellation.
• Tax deduction applicable as per rules.
• Subject to Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923.
• Arbitration by CMD, RITES.
• Disputes to be settled amicably or through arbitration.
