Educational Qualification

• Call Operator
  Graduate in Information Technology / Community Sociology / Social Science / Social Work / Computer Science from a recognized university.
• Multi-Purpose Staff
  8th Pass.
• Security Guard / Night Guard
  8th Pass.

Age Limit (with Cut-off Date)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Cut-off Date: 01 January 2026
• Maximum age including all relaxations: 45 Years

Age Relaxation (Category-wise)

Age relaxation will be applicable as per instructions issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Shortlisting of eligible candidates
• Preparation of merit list (numerical system)
• Personal Interview
• Skill Test (wherever applicable)

Merit Calculation:

• 60% marks: Educational Qualification
• Experience: 2 marks per year after minimum experience (Max 10)
• Emergency Helpline Experience: 2 marks per year (Max 10)
• Interview / Skill Test: 20 marks
• Tie-breaker: Older candidate preferred
