Eligibility and criteria for selection:-

A. In accordance with the Government of Indias new Mission Shakti guidelines, eight positions have been approved for a per Sakhi residence with a sanctioned capacity of 50. The details of the one-time salary approved by the Finance Department based on the position structure per Sakhi residence are as follows:

Keeping in view the minimum qualifications and financial parameters mentioned for the selection of employees for Sakhi Niwas under the guidelines given by the Government of India under Mission Shakti, the mandatory minimum educational qualification, mandatory skills, mandatory experience and other qualifications will be determined as follows.

C. All the employees in Sakhi Niwas will be women.

d. Under no circumstances will the educational qualifications of employees operating Sakhi Niwas be relaxed. Character and other verifications by the police department are required before any employee can be hired on a contract basis.

e. The lump sum salary of the above employees is as per the limit and instructions fixed by the Government of India and if there is any increase in it in future by the Government of India, they will be given lump sum salary as per the increase.

f. The annual expenditure on each post per Sakhi residence will be within the limit of Rs. 10.08 lakh as fixed by the Government of India under the scheme.
