General Instructions

1. It will be mandatory for the candidate to mention the name of the post applied for on the top of the envelope.

5. Candidates employed under Government Public Sector, Undertaking Autonomous, Organization should apply through proper channel and candidate will have to produce No Objection Certificate from the present employer at the time of personal interview.

6. Any application containing incomplete inaccurate, or incorrect information will not be considered. The appointing authority may reject any or all applications appointments without assigning any reason.

7. Chhattisgarh Civil Services Contract Appointment Rules 2012 (including Departmental Service Rules) will be applicable to the selected candidate.

8. For the posts mentioned in serial numbers 1 to 3, the minimum age will be 21 years and the maximum age will be 35 years. For the posts mentioned in serial number 4, the minimum age will be 18 years and the maximum age will be 35 years.  

a Age will be calculated as on 01-01-2025.

b Only 10th class mark sheet will be accepted for age proof.

9. Preference will be given to local citizens of Chhattisgarh State, provided they fulfill all the eligibility criteria.

10. For the selection process, the remaining conditions of the Departmental Selection Rules will apply.

11. Fixed monthly contract salary will be given which includes house, vehicle, medical and all other allowances.

12. The contract period will be for 01 year and is extendable for further period based on performance, integrity and consent of the Governance.

13. The candidate must be medically and physically fit to perform the duties.

14. The Aviation Department, Ministry, Chhattisgarh Raipur and Collector, District Bastar, Jagdalpur will have full authority to amend the rules of the recruitment process at any level or to cancel the recruitment process.

15. If any dispute arises at any level, the decision of the Collector, District Bastar, Jagdalpur will be valid and final.
