Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

• A Postgraduate Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related subject from a university recognized by the Government.

Experience

• Minimum 01 year of work experience in agriculture and livestock-based livelihood activities at field level after obtaining the prescribed educational qualification.

Desirable Qualification / Experience

The PDF also mentions the following desirable requirements:

• A relevant postgraduate degree with 02 years of experience in rural-level and agriculture-related work is desirable.
• Experience in rural environment and marketing will be preferred.
• Ability to work in Hindi and English, along with knowledge of the local language.
• Working knowledge of Computer and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Hindi and English typing.
• Candidate should have a two-wheeler and necessary documents for field visits.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

According to the PDF:

1.      Selection will be conducted according to the prescribed rules and guidelines.

2.      Recruitment will be conducted through a Walk-in Interview.

3.      Walk-in Interview Date: 06 October 2026.

4.      Venue: Office of Janpad Panchayat, Bijapur.

5.      Candidates will be evaluated according to the prescribed recruitment/evaluation process.

6.      The decision of the Evaluation Committee will be final.

7.      After appointment, there will be a minimum 01-month probation/examination period.

8.      Work performance will be evaluated during this period.

9.      After the initial period, the appointment may continue up to 11 months.

10. If the candidate obtains a minimum 75% score in KPI, the appointment may be extended for another year based on work evaluation.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      Age must be above 21 years and below 45 years as on 01 January 2026.

2.      The candidate must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh.

3.      The IFC Anchor honorarium will be released from the IFC budget provided by the concerned Nodal CLF.

4.      Selection will be according to the prescribed guidelines.

5.      The initial appointment will include a 01-month examination/probation period.

6.      Work performance will be evaluated during the examination period.

7.      Appointment may continue for up to 11 months after the initial period.

8.      Extension for another year may be considered if the candidate obtains at least 75% KPI score, subject to work evaluation.

9.      Applicants previously removed from Chhattisgarh Livelihood Mission Organization or another government department due to disciplinary action, misconduct, arbitrary behavior or irregularities will not be eligible.

10. Providing incorrect information may result in cancellation of candidature.

11. Incomplete, unclear or defective applications will be rejected without further notice.

12. A candidate who married before attaining the prescribed minimum marriageable age will not be eligible.

13. The recruitment process will begin only if applications are received at least 10 times the number of advertised posts.

14. A candidate who marries a person whose spouse is already living will not be eligible, subject to any exemption permitted by the Government under special circumstances.

15. Any attempt to directly or indirectly influence the appointment process may result in cancellation of candidature.

16. The appointing Cluster Organization reserves the right to take the final decision regarding disputes or issues arising during the recruitment process.

17. The IFC Anchor will not have any relationship with any government, semi-government or private institution.

18. A two-wheeler and necessary documents are required for field visits.
