Educational Qualification

Assistant Engineer – RE

• Full-time Regular Diploma in Engineering in:
• Electrical
• Mechanical
• Electronics
• Electrical & Electronics
• Instrumentation
• Diploma must be from State Technical Board or AICTE/UGC recognized institute.
• Passing marks required.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in Power Sector.
• Minimum 6 years experience in 50 MW or above Grid Connected Solar/Wind Projects in Operation & Maintenance / Asset Management.

Deputy General Manager – RE

• Full-time Engineering Graduate in:
• Electrical
• Electrical & Electronics
• Electronics
• Control & Instrumentation
• Civil
• Mechanical
• Minimum 60% marks
• SC/ST/PwBD candidates require only passing marks.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years post qualification executive experience.
• Minimum 10 years with Renewable Energy Developer.
• Minimum 2 years site experience in 50 MW or above Solar/Wind Projects in Project Construction/Erection/Commissioning.

• Age, qualification and experience shall be calculated as on the last date of receipt of online application.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Assistant Engineer – RE (E-0)

• Pay Scale:
  ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
• Initial Basic Pay:
  ₹40,000
• DA, Allowances, Perquisites and Terminal Benefits as per company rules.

Deputy General Manager – RE (E-6)

• Pay Scale:
  ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000
• Initial Basic Pay:
  ₹90,000
• DA, Allowances and other benefits as per company rules.
