Educational Qualification

Attender

• Must be Matriculate (10th Pass).
• Should be well conversant with the local language.

Watchman cum Gardener

• Must have passed 7th Standard.
• Should be well conversant with the local language.
• Experience in Agriculture/Gardening/Horticulture is required.

Age Limit

For both posts:

• Minimum Age: Above 22 Years
• Maximum Age: Below 40 Years
• Candidate should possess good health.

 Experience / Other Eligibility

Attender

• Should know the local language.
• Preference will be given to residents of the same State and preferably the same District.

Watchman cum Gardener

• Should know the local language.
• Preference to residents of the same State and preferably the same District.
• Experience in Agriculture/Gardening/Horticulture.

 Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be through:

• Personal Interview.
• Decision of the Bank shall be final.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Attender

• ₹14,000 per month

Watchman cum Gardener

• ₹12,000 per month

Additional Information:

• No allowances.
• No reimbursement of expenses.

Contract Period

• One year.
• Renewable at the sole discretion of the Bank.

Leave

• 12 days leave per year.
• Maximum 2 days leave per month.

Selected candidates will work as:

• Attender
• Watchman cum Gardener

They will oversee the functioning of RSETI, Yavatmal.
