Educational Qualification

1. Chief Executive Officer

• Graduate in Agriculture, Management, or Science from a recognized university OR
• MSW (Master of Social Work) Postgraduate.
• DCA/PGDCA/Computer Diploma.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development, Agriculture & Marketing, FPO Management, Retail Management, or related industries.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tally in Hindi and English.

2. Computer Operator-cum-Account Assistant

• 12th Pass.
• DCA/PGDCA Diploma or ITI/COPA.

Experience

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tally in Hindi and English.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Financial Management/Computer Operator-cum-Accounts field.

Age Limit

• Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
• Maximum Age: 40 Years.
