Educational Qualification

1. Psycho-Social Counsellor

• Professional Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Psychiatry/Neurosciences
• Health sector background preferred
• Preferably minimum 3 years experience in Government/Non-Government health projects/programmes at district level

2. Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer

• Law Degree
• Legal training or knowledge of laws
• Minimum 3 years experience in Government/Non-Government women-related projects/programmes at district level

OR

• Practicing Lawyer with minimum 2 years litigation experience

3. Multi-purpose Staff / Cook

• Literate
• Knowledge/experience in relevant field
• High School Pass or equivalent preferred

4. Security Guard / Night Guard

• Passed 8th Class from recognized board
• Minimum 2 years experience as Security Personnel
• Government/Reputed organization experience preferred
• Retired Military/Para Military personnel preferred

Age Limit

As on 01 January of the selection year (01.01.2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

Including all relaxations issued by State Government:

• Maximum age shall not exceed 45 years.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on:

1.      Merit prepared through marking system

2.      Walk-in Interview

3.      Skill Test (where applicable)

Merit Marks

• Educational Qualification Percentage (100 marks converted into weightage): Maximum 60 Marks
• Additional Experience: 2 marks per additional year (Maximum 10 Marks)
• Experience in Women Helpline/Sakhi One Stop Centre: 2 marks per year (Maximum 10 Marks)

Total Merit Marks: 80

Walk-in Interview/Skill Test: 20 Marks

Total Selection Marks: 100

If candidates obtain equal marks, senior candidate by age will get preference.

District Collector will issue appointment order on recommendation of Selection Committee.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Additional allowances:

Only approved travel allowance as per rules whenever deputed/training approved.

No other salary, allowances or grants payable.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Only female candidates are eligible.
• Separate application required for each post.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• No TA/DA will be paid for interview/skill test.
• Educational qualification relaxation will not be allowed.
• Applications received after last date will not be accepted.
• Candidate must be Chhattisgarh domicile.
• Reserved category candidates must attach valid caste certificate.
• Police verification is mandatory before appointment.
• Character certificate regarding non-conviction must be submitted.
• Confidentiality regarding victims and data must be maintained.
• Candidates marrying before legal marriage age are not eligible.
• Candidates having spouse living while marrying another person are not eligible unless exempted by Government.
• Government/Semi-Government employees must submit NOC.
• Self-employment certificates will not be accepted as experience.
• Appointment initially for maximum 2 years.
• Extension may be granted yearly based on performance and departmental requirement.
• Appointment is purely temporary and can be terminated with one month's notice or one month's salary in lieu thereof.
• Service remains valid only till Government scheme continues.
