Educational Qualification

Nursing Officer (OT)

• B.Sc. Nursing / Post B.Sc. Nursing Passed
• Live Registration with Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council
• Minimum 3 years of OT experience
• Experience of at least 500 surgery cases

Age Limit

As on: 01.06.2026

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation shall be applicable as per Government rules issued from time to time.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on a merit list prepared from:

Experience Marks

• 2 marks per completed year
• Maximum 10 marks (up to 5 years)

Only experience certificates issued by Government/Semi-Government institutions (Central Government or Government of Chhattisgarh undertakings) will be considered valid.

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

1.      Fill the prescribed application form.

2.      Attach all required self-attested documents.

3.      Submit a separate application for each post (if applying for multiple posts).

4.      Submit the application at the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Dantewada.

5.      Applications will be accepted on the scheduled date between 11:00 AM and 05:00 PM.

1.      Class 10 Marksheet (for Date of Birth proof)

2.      Certificates of the minimum educational qualification for each academic year

3.      Marksheet of the prescribed educational qualification

4.      Live Registration Certificate of Chhattisgarh Nursing Council (where applicable)

5.      Residence Certificate for Dantewada district candidates

6.      Live Employment Registration Certificate of Dantewada district

7.      Local Resident Certificate of Dantewada district

8.      Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport / PAN Card)

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Recruitment is under the District Mineral Foundation (DMF) scheme on a contractual basis.
• Local candidates of Dantewada district will be given preference.
• If district-level candidates are unavailable, block-level and then candidates from other districts may be considered.
• In case of equal marks, preference will be given to local residents of the concerned village/village panchayat.
• Separate applications must be submitted for each post.
• No Travel Allowance (TA) will be paid.
• Eligible/Ineligible lists and merit lists will be displayed on the CMHO notice board and official website.
• The waiting list will remain valid for one year.
• All appointments are purely contractual, temporary, and transferable.
• Government/Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• The number of vacancies may increase, decrease, or be cancelled due to administrative reasons.
• Incomplete or incorrect applications may be rejected without prior notice.
• The final decision regarding recruitment disputes shall rest with the Collector, District Dantewada and the Selection Committee.
• Any attempt to influence the recruitment process through recommendation or political pressure will result in cancellation of candidature.
• Candidates found involved in criminal or unethical activities will have their applications rejected automatically.
