Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

1.      Passed 10+2 with Biology from a recognized Board/Institution.

OR

2.      Passed Diploma in Animal Husbandry (First Year and Second Year) from a recognized Veterinary Polytechnic Institute.

OR

3.      Passed Diploma in Animal Husbandry from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 50% marks.

Age Limit

As on 01 January 2026

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation as per Chhattisgarh Government rules.

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation will be applicable according to the reservation rules of the Government of Chhattisgarh.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of:

1.      Scrutiny of applications.

2.      Preparation of an eligible candidates list.

3.      Shortlisting candidates up to three times the number of vacancies.

4.      Merit preparation based on academic marks and experience.

5.      Weightage:

o    Diploma Marks – 80%

o    Work Experience – 20%

6.      4 marks per completed year of experience (Maximum 20 marks).

7.      Preference will be given to candidates belonging to Bilaspur District.

8.      Selection and waiting lists will be prepared.

9.      The final decision in case of any dispute shall rest with the Collector, Bilaspur.

Pay Scale / Salary

Fixed Monthly Honorarium: ₹23,350/-

(Twenty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Rupees Only)

The honorarium is fixed by the Collector under the DMF Fund.

2.      Attach a separate ₹10 Postal Order if using the downloaded form.

3.      Fill in all required details carefully.

4.      Attach self-attested copies of all required documents.

5.      Submit the application either:

o    By Registered Post, or

o    In person at the Office of the Joint Director, Veterinary Services, Bilaspur.

6.      Applications must reach the office on or before 08 July 2026 by 05:00 PM.

7.      Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.

2.      Class 12 Marksheet

3.      Educational Qualification Marksheet(s) (All Semesters/Years)

4.      Permanent Caste Certificate

5.      Permanent Residence Certificate

6.      Experience Certificate

7.      Disability Medical Certificate (if applicable)

8.      Notarized Affidavit on ₹50 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper

9.      Live Registration Certificate from District Employment Office

10. Recent Passport-size Photograph

11. Any other relevant supporting documents (if applicable)

• The appointment is purely contractual and temporary.
• The contract will remain valid for one year or until regular recruitment, whichever occurs earlier.
• The appointment does not confer any right to permanent employment.
• A notarized affidavit on a ₹50 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper is mandatory before joining.
• Providing false information will lead to cancellation of candidature.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
• Candidates already employed in Government/Semi-Government/Private institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
