Educational Qualification

Common Qualification for All Posts:

• Graduation in any discipline
  AND
• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with specialization in Finance or equivalent to Finance

OR

• CA / CMA / CS / CFA

Qualification must be from a recognized College/Institution/University approved by Government of India/AICTE.

Post-wise Experience Requirement

Manager – Credit Analyst

• Minimum 3 years experience in Credit under Public/Private/Foreign Banks or NBFC in India.

Senior Manager – Credit Analyst

• Minimum 6 years experience in Credit under Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions in India.

Chief Manager – Credit Analyst

• Minimum 8 years experience in Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions.
• At least 5 years exposure in Credit Appraisal/Processing in Large/Mid Corporate Credit.

Senior Manager – C & IC Relationship

• Minimum 6 years experience in Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions.
• At least 2 years exposure in handling MSME/Mid/Large Corporate Credit.

Chief Manager – C & IC Relationship

• Minimum 8 years experience in Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Financial Institutions.
• At least 3 years exposure in handling MSME/Mid/Large Corporate Credit.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection may consist of:

Minimum qualifying marks:

• General/EWS: 40%
• Reserved Categories: 35%

No negative marking.

Interview Qualifying Marks

• General Category: 60%
• Reserved Category: 55%

Pay Scale / Salary Details

MMG/S-II

• ₹64,820 – ₹93,960

MMG/S-III

• ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280

SMG/S-IV

• ₹1,02,300 – ₹1,20,940

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Experience in Clerical Cadre will not be counted.
• Minimum CIBIL Score required at joining: 680.
• Candidates with adverse credit history may be disqualified.
• Probation Period: 12 months.
• Service Bond:
• Minimum service: 3 years.
• Or pay ₹5 lakh to Bank in case of bond breach.
• No change of category allowed after registration.
