Educational Qualification

For Stenographer Secretarial Assistant (Hindi):

Essential Qualification

1.      Passed 10+2 Examination from a recognized Board.
OR

2.      Passed the First Year of a Bachelor’s Degree course from a recognized University along with Old Higher Secondary qualification.

3.      Passed Hindi Shorthand Certificate Examination from a recognized institution/board with a shorthand speed of 100 words per minute (skill test will be conducted).

4.      One-year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from a recognized institution.

5.      Data Entry Speed of 10,000 Key Depressions per Hour (skill test will be conducted).

6.      Candidates possessing ATI/CTI/NVTI/RVTI/Advanced Training qualifications from DGT institutions will be given preference.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years (as on the last date of application).
• Maximum Age: Not Mentioned in PDF.

• 22 June 2026

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

1.      Merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the prescribed technical qualification.

2.      Preference will be given to candidates possessing CITS/NCIC (CTI/ATI) qualifications wherever applicable.

3.      If such candidates are not available, other eligible candidates will be considered on merit.

4.      Hindi Shorthand Skill Test will be conducted.

5.      Data Entry Skill Test will be conducted.

6.      Selection will be purely merit-based.

7.      No reservation will be applicable.

8.      Experience is not mandatory.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Honorarium: ₹140 per hour
• Maximum Working Hours: 5 hours per day
• Maximum Monthly Honorarium: ₹15,000
• Rates are subject to revision by the Government from time to time.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      Applications will be accepted only through Speed Post/Registered Post.

2.      Incomplete, unclear, or incorrect applications will be rejected.

3.      Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

4.      Applicant must be a domicile of Chhattisgarh.

5.      Experience is not required.

6.      No reservation policy will be applicable in the selection process.

9.      Guest Lecturers will not be entitled to any leave.

10. Services will automatically terminate if a regular/contract employee is appointed against the post.

11. Decision of the Joint Director (Training) in any dispute related to selection shall be final and binding.
