Preference will be given to:

• Ph.D. holders.
• Alumni of prestigious institutions such as IITs/NITs.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

The selection process consists of:

Step 1: Walk-In Interview

• Interview Date: 16 June 2026
• Interview Time: 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM
• Venue: Sankalp Shikshan Sansthan, Jashpur.

Step 2: Written Test

• Eligible candidates after the interview will have to appear in a written test.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Salary will be based on educational qualification and teaching experience.
• Salary range: ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month.

Additional Information

• Salary is negotiable depending upon academic record and teaching experience.
• A fixed monthly amount will be paid.
• Incentives may be provided after two years of outstanding performance.

Employment Nature

• Appointment will be on a contractual basis.

Performance-Based Contract

• Continuation of contract will depend on performance quality.
• If performance is found unsatisfactory, the contract may be terminated with one month's prior notice.

Resignation Condition

• Faculty members must provide one month's prior notice before resignation.
• Otherwise, the last month's salary must be submitted.
