Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on the evaluation criteria mentioned in Annexure-II, including:

1.      Educational Qualification – 15 marks

2.      Vigilance / DAR record – 10 marks

3.      Performance in service – 25 marks

4.      Performance in interview – 50 marks

Candidates scoring 60% or more marks will be considered for empanelment based on merit order.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Group General Manager (T&E)

• For SAG level officers with less than 18 years of Group ‘A’ service

General Manager (T&E)

• For SAG / NF-SAG / SG officers with 18 years of Group ‘A’ service

Pay will be according to pay matrix of deputation rules, including:

• Parent pay
• Deputation allowance
• Other admissible benefits as per RITES rules

2.      Fill the application form with required personal, service, and experience details.

3.      Submit the application through the administrative officer (HOD) of the parent organization.

4.      Attach vigilance clearance, APARs, and other required documents.

5.      Send the forwarded application to RITES Limited.

6.      Advance copy of the application may be sent by email to:

7.      Applications must reach within 45 days from issue of advance notice.

• Duly filled application form in prescribed format
• Vigilance / DAR clearance
• APARs for the last 5 years
• Detailed CV
• Forwarding letter from competent authority
• Other relevant supporting documents as required

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      The appointment will be on deputation basis.

2.      The normal deputation tenure is 5 years.

3.      Officers must apply through proper administrative channel.

4.      Applications without vigilance clearance or APARs will not be considered.

5.      The advance copy must also be sent by email for reference.

6.      Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

7.      RITES Limited provides company leased accommodation for deputation officers.

8.      Officers should not be debarred from deputation.
