Educational Qualification

• Candidate must have passed written and practical parts of the final MBBS examination.
• Candidates appearing in final MBBS exam may also apply but must produce proof of passing later.
• Candidates who have not completed compulsory rotating internship may apply but appointment will be made only after completion of internship.

Age Limit (Cut-off Date)

• Maximum Age: 32 years as on 01 August 2026
• Candidate must be born not earlier than 02 August 1994

For:

• Medical Officers Grade in Central Health Service: Maximum 35 years.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection consists of two stages:

1. Written Examination

• Total Marks: 500
• Two Papers:
• Paper-I: 250 Marks
• Paper-II: 250 Marks
• Duration: 2 hours each

2. Personality Test / Interview

• Marks: 100

Final merit based on written exam + interview marks.

2.      Create an account and complete Universal Registration Number (URN).

3.      Fill Common Application Form (CAF).

4.      Upload photograph and signature.

5.      Fill the Examination Specific Form.

6.      Upload required documents.

7.      Select examination centre.

8.      Pay application fee (if applicable).

9.      Submit the form and keep the application number for future reference.

Documents Required

• Photo ID (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN / Passport / Driving Licence etc.)
• Photograph and live photo capture
• Signature (three signatures on white paper in black ink)
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable
• PwBD certificate (if applicable)
• Educational qualification proof (MBBS)
• Internship completion proof (if applicable)

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Application must be submitted online only.
• No withdrawal or modification of application after submission.
• Candidates must carry the same photo ID used during application in exam.
• Mobile phones, smart watches, electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.
• Candidates must report at least 30 minutes before exam session.
• Face authentication may be conducted at exam centre.
• Admission to examination is provisional until document verification.
• Any unfair means can lead to disqualification and legal action.
