Educational Qualification

General Manager (Engineering)

• Full Time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Manager (Architecture & Planning)

• Full Time Degree in Architecture with 60% marks.

Deputy Manager (Company Secretary)

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS).

Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication)

• PG Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication / Journalism / Advertising & Public Relations (2 years) with 60% marks.

Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha)

• Master’s Degree in Hindi with English at degree level
  OR
• Master’s Degree in English with Hindi at degree level
  AND
• Diploma in Translation (minimum 1 year).

Assistant Manager (HRM)

• Full-time MBA / MSW / PG Degree / PG Diploma in HRM / PM / IR with 60% marks.

Senior Project Executive (Civil)

• Full Time Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.

Assistant Manager (PHE)

• Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks
• Master’s Degree in Public Health Engineering / Environmental Engineering.

Graduate Assistant (IT/CS)

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1-year certificate/diploma in IT hardware/networking/system administration/software/programming.

Junior Engineer (Civil)

• 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.

Junior Engineer (Electrical)

• 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks.

Junior Engineer (Mechanical)

• 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks.

Age Limit (as on Closing Date of Application)

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD: As per Government of India rules.
• Ex-Servicemen: Service rendered in Armed Forces + 3 years.
• Internal NBCC candidates (regular): 5 years relaxation (with conditions).
• Internal contractual candidates: 5 years relaxation.
• For Post No. 09: Age relaxation up to 40 years for internal candidates with required service.

Selection Process

Internal NBCC candidates appearing for CBT/Skill Test will get 3 marks per completed year of service (maximum 9 marks).

3.      Click on the recruitment link for Advt. No. 01/2026.

4.      Register and fill the online application form.

5.      Upload required documents (photo, signature, certificates, etc.).

6.      Pay the application fee (if applicable).

7.      Submit the application form before the last date.

8.      Download and keep a copy of the submitted application for future reference.

Documents Required

Candidates must upload scanned copies of:

1.      Passport size photograph (40–100 KB)

2.      Signature (20–50 KB)

3.      Caste / Category certificate (if applicable)

4.      Matriculation certificate (Date of Birth proof)

5.      Educational certificates & mark sheets

6.      Experience certificates

7.      Last 3 months salary slips / Form-16 / relieving order (for experience proof)

8.      ACR/APR summary for last 5 years (for Govt/PSU candidates)

9.      No Objection Certificate (NOC) or proof of intimation to employer

10. CTC proof (if working in private sector)

Original documents must be produced during verification.
