Educational Qualification

District Mission Coordinator

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology / Life Sciences / Nutrition / Health Management / Social Work / Rural Management
• Examples: BA Sociology, BSW, BSc Clinical Nutrition, Food & Nutrition & Dietetics, Public Health, BBA Rural Management, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS
• Postgraduate Degree: Preferred
• Good computer knowledge including MS Office and typing
• Experience working in English language preferred

Gender Specialist

• Graduate Degree in Social Work or other social fields
• Postgraduate Degree: Preferred
• Good computer knowledge including MS Office and typing

District Mission Coordinator

• Minimum 03 years experience in relevant field in Government/Semi-Government institutions
• Minimum 03 years experience in women related issues

Age Limit (Cut-off Date)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

Age Relaxation

• As per State Government rules
• Maximum age including relaxation shall not exceed 45 Years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Merit based on educational qualification percentage (Maximum 60 marks)
• Additional experience marks: 02 marks per extra year (Maximum 18 marks)
• Chhattisgarh domicile bonus: 02 marks
• Total Merit Marks: 80
• Interview / Skill Test: 20 marks
• Interview ratio: 1:10
• Tie-breaking: Preference to older candidate by age
