Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur has released the admit card notice for Pharmacist Grade-2 Recruitment Examination (HSP25) under Directorate of Health Services. The written examination will be conducted on 12 April 2026 (Sunday) from 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM at various centers across the state. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website by logging in with their credentials from 06 April 2026. It is mandatory to carry the printed admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to the examination center.
