Educational Qualification

For B.Ed. (Two-Year)

1.      Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities

o    Minimum 50% marks (General/OBC)

2.      B.E./B.Tech (Mathematics & Science specialization)

o    Minimum 55% marks

3.      SC/ST Candidates

o    Graduation/Post Graduation or B.E./B.Tech (Maths & Science)

4.      Visually Impaired Candidates

o    5% relaxation at graduate level

For Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed.):

• Three-year Shastri examination with minimum 50% marks
• Sanskrit studied as main/core subject (as specified)

Age Limit – UP B.Ed. 2026 Admission Test

• Minimum Age: 15 Years
• Maximum Age: Not Applicable (NA)

There is no upper age limit prescribed for the UP B.Ed. 2026 Admission Test.
