How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

1.      Select District, Block, and Urban/Rural area

2.      Fill locality details (Urban Body/Ward or Gram Panchayat/Village)

3.      Enter student details (name, DOB, gender, Aadhaar – not mandatory)

4.      Enter parent/guardian details (name, mobile number, caste, address)

5.      Upload/select required documents

6.      Select category and priority of schools

7.      Submit application and documents to Nodal Officer if required

Educational / Age Proof

• Birth Certificate (ANM card / Anganwadi / Hospital certificate / Self-attested declaration)

Address Proof

• Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Bank Passbook
• Voter ID, Driving License, Gas Bill (≤3 months)
• Kisan Credit Card, Rent Agreement, MGNREGA Job Card
• Certificate by Sarpanch / MLA / MP / Tehsildar / Gazetted Officer

Identity Proof

• Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport
• Bank ATM Card, Ration Card, MGNREGA Card
• Disability Certificate (if applicable)

Weaker Section (EWS)

• BPL Survey List
• SECC 2011 Registration Number
• Antyodaya Card

Disadvantaged Group

• SC, ST
• Divyang (40% or more disability)
• Primitive Tribal Group
• Forest Dwellers
• HIV affected
• Orphan (as per Child Welfare Committee list)

Important Instructions / Guidelines

• Aadhaar is not mandatory
• Only one priority per school allowed
• Parents applying via cyber café must submit documents to Nodal Officer
• Accurate category and document selection is mandatory
