Important Instructions / Guidelines

• Aadhaar number is not mandatory.
• Gas Connection Bill must not be older than 3 months.
• Registered Lease Sale/Rent Agreement must be 6 months prior to the application date.
• There can be only one priority for a school.
• Parents filling the form themselves/from internet cafe must submit the form and documents to the nodal officer within the stipulated time.
