Educational Qualification

Trade Apprentice (Disc Code 107–111)

• Matric + 2-year full-time ITI (NCVT/SCVT recognized)

Technician Apprentice (Disc Code 101–106)

• 3-year full-time Diploma in relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 50% (Gen/EWS/OBC-NCL)
• 45% (SC/ST/PwBD)

Graduate Apprentice (Disc Code 112)

• Full-time Graduate (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA)
• Minimum 50% (Gen/EWS/OBC-NCL)
• 45% (SC/ST/PwBD)

Data Entry Operator (Disc Code 113)

• Class 12th (below Graduate)
• Minimum 50% (Gen/EWS/OBC-NCL)
• 45% (SC/ST/PwBD)

Additional Conditions:

• Qualification must be full-time regular.
• No Part-time/Distance mode.
• CGPA must be converted to percentage with certificate.
• Higher qualifications (BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CA/LLB etc.) not eligible.

Qualification Cut-Off Date

Reckoning Date: 28.02.2026

Qualification must be obtained:

• Graduate/Technician: Between 01.04.2022 and 28.02.2026
• Trade Apprentice: Between 01.04.2021 and 28.02.2026

Age Limit (as on 28.02.2026)

Minimum: 18 Years
Maximum: 24 Years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 Years
• OBC-NCL: 3 Years
• PwBD: 10 Years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 Years
• PwBD (OBC-NCL): 13 Years

SELECTION PROCESS

1.      Registration on NAPS/NATS Portal mandatory.

2.      No Written Test.

3.      No Interview.

4.      Merit List based on percentage of marks in essential qualification.

5.      Document Verification.

6.      Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Test.

7.      Final Offer of Engagement.

PAY SCALE / STIPEND

Stipend payable as per Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Apprentices Rules 1992/2019/2025 (as amended).

12 Months

2.      Login and apply using Establishment ID:

o    NAPS: E05201900011

3.      Apply for only ONE discipline code.

4.      After portal application, fill Microsoft Form:

5.      Submit Microsoft Form before 09.03.2026.

6.      Keep email and mobile active.
