Educational Qualification

Civil

• Degree in relevant branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Electrical

• Degree in relevant branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Mechanical

• Degree in relevant branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

System

• Recognized 1st Class Degree in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT or any 1st Class Degree with MCA.

Electronics & Telecommunication

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant branch with minimum 60% marks.

Geology

• M.Sc./M.Tech. in Geology/Applied Geology/Geophysics/Applied Geophysics with minimum 60% marks.

Industrial Engineering

• Degree in relevant branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Rajbhasha (Hindi)

• MA in Hindi with minimum 60% marks and Graduation with Hindi and English as main subjects with 50% marks.

Company Secretary

• Graduate in any discipline with Company Secretary qualification and Associate/Fellow Membership of ICSI.
• Preference to candidates having experience in listed companies.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 30 Years
• Cut-off Date: 30 April 2026

Age Relaxation

Maximum age after relaxation should not exceed 56 years.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on:

1.      Computer Based Test (CBT)

2.      Document Verification (DV)

3.      Initial Medical Examination (IME)

CBT Pattern

• Duration: 3 Hours
• Two Papers:
• Paper-I: General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General English
• Paper-II: Professional Knowledge
• 100 MCQs in each paper
• 1 Mark for each question
• No Negative Marking
• Language: Hindi & English

Minimum Qualifying Marks

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
• Initial Basic Pay: ₹60,000 per month during training
• Training/Probation Period: 1 Year
• After successful completion, confirmation in E-1 Grade as Officer (Discipline)
